Инициатива "Один пояс, один путь": <i>предпосылки и задачи Китая</i>

The article analyzes the main prerequisites for its creation from the point of view of the interests and tasks of the People's Republic of China on the basis of a number of documents of the People's Republic of China declaring the foundations, goals and objectives of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. The author proves that the "One Belt, One Road" initiative is important for ensuring the sustainable development of the People's Republic of China, strengthening its position in Eurasia and in the world, and remains one of the important factors for improving the economic efficiency of the national economy, which is especially important in the conditions of growing volatility of the world economy. In particular, China will be able to build (and on the basis of exclusively bilateral negotiations) an "inclusive system of globalization" corresponding to the tasks of the country, which will meet its interests as much as possible. Thus, according to the author, "One Belt, One Road" will become a catalyst for China's socio-economic development through the development of free trade (export of finished products with high added value and import of raw materials) and the movement of investment, the formation of a new financial architecture in the regions included in the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, the promotion of its currency as a key at least at the level of this cooperation.В статье на основе ряда документов КНР, декларирующих основы, цели и задачи инициативы «Один пояс, один путь» анализируются основные предпосылки ее создания с точки зрения интересов и задач КНР. Автором обосновано, что инициатива «Один пояс, один путь» имеет важное значение для обеспечения устойчивого развития КНР, укрепления своего положения в Евразии и в мире, остается одним из важных факторов повышения экономической эффективности национальной экономики, что особенно важно в условиях растущей волатильности мирового хозяйства. В частности, Китай сможет построить (причем на основе исключительно двусторонних переговоров) соответствующую задачам страны «инклюзивную систему глобализации», максимально отвечающую его интересам. Таким образом, по мнению автора,«Один пояс, один путь» станет катализатором социально-экономического развития Китая за счет развития свободной торговли (вывоза готовой продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью и импорта сырья) и перемещения инвестиций, формирования новой финансовой архитектуры в регионах, включающихся в инициативу «Один пояс, один путь», продвижения своей валюты в качестве ключевой как минимум на уровне этого сотрудничества
